Service Description
Make an empty space come to life with stunning virtual staging done right. Select your images to be staged the day of the shoot, and have them delivered the following day. Orders over a quantity of 3 will reduce to $30.00/image.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. A $50 fee will be applied to cancellations made under 24 hours. Any same day cancellations are subject to a $100 fee. Should the property not be ready when the photographer arrives, we allow 15 minutes grace. Exceeding the grace period will result in 100% of the booking fee due. The photographer reserves the right to reschedule and vacate the property. Should there be no one on site to allow access to the property, incorrect lockbox combination, or the client has cancelled with the homeowner and failed to notify the photographer, the client will be charged 100% of the booking fee. In the event the client has provided an incorrect address, there will be a $1/km mileage fee from mistaken address to intended location.
