Properties exceeding 2500 square feet are subject to $0.10/additional square foot. 24 Hour Delivery Level Two: Premium - $399.99 Provides a more detailed floorplan which incorporates appliances and fixtures for a more informative layout. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Any same day cancellations are subject to a $100 fee. Should the property not be ready when the photographer arrives, we allow 15 minutes grace. Exceeding the grace period will result in 100% of the booking fee. The photographer reserves the right to reschedule and vacate the property. Should there be no one on site to allow access to the property, incorrect lockbox combination, or the client has cancelled with the homeowner and failed to notify the photographer, the client will be charged 100% of the booking fee. In the event the client has provided an incorrect address, there will be a $1/km mileage fee from mistaken address to intended location.
